In the “Mental and Physical Alignment” program, Sarah introduces yoga and the set of universal principles of alignment that are the basis of Anusara Yoga. Sarah has designed 3 unique yoga concepts (UP, OUT, IN) specifically for the busy professional which she will introduce in this program.

12 Minute Meditation
In the “12 Minute Meditation” program, Sarah will demonstrate how simple meditative practices can help you enhance mental clarity, manage stress, and improve relationships at work. Each meditation has an opening, middle and closing, with the middle meditation section lasting 12 minutes.
There are 3 meditations in this program which you can choose from. For novices, the “Mindfulness of Sensation and Body Scanning” meditation is recommended.
